This is Kimberlee Frank and I want to let you know yes … I lost weight … and I also lost my left kidney.\u00a0 I want to send a personal thank you out to everyone who prayed for me during this time.\u00a0 It was a simple surgery but it really makes you look at life differently. <\/span><\/div>\n

I want to tell you that God works in mysterious ways.\u00a0 The week before my surgery I had a student come into my office to meet with a Seller.\u00a0 You see, if you are in my team, you are allowed to use my office to meet with Sellers and get your documents notarized for free.\u00a0 It was the first deal for this Student and I was suppose to have a conference myself.\u00a0\u00a0My conference got cancelled and I could see Wilmont sitting at the conference table in the other room.\u00a0 The Student was late because they were coming from Tampa so I went in and started talking to the Seller.<\/span><\/div>\n

The Student arrived and they started going over the paperwork when I said “Would you like me to explain the paperwork to Wilmont?”\u00a0 They said “SURE”!\u00a0 I went throught the paperwork when he shared what he did for a living which is driving people to dialysis for kidneys.\u00a0 NOW if you know me, I believe PEOPLE MEET FOR A REASON.\u00a0 He looked at me, the student and said the reason why he was sent here is biggger than us all!!!\u00a0 I started to CRY because YES I believed God sent him to me.\u00a0 I was then pulled out of the room due to a conference call I had at 12:00 and didn’t get to finish with him.\u00a0 The Student completed the deal and the Seller left.<\/span><\/div>\n

The next day, he called me and said “God sent me to tell you that you help so many people and that you are still needed; it is not time for you to go anywhere … your work is not done”!\u00a0 I REALLY BELIEVED GOD SENT HIM. <\/span><\/div>\n

You see, People do meet for a reason.\u00a0 I went to the hospital and had my left kidney removed.\u00a0 I AM DOING GREAT!!\u00a0 Back on my feet and ready to help as many people as I can.\u00a0 You see … I was always told you can’t save the world but I said I will try one person at a time.<\/span><\/div>\n

I also say you need to keep doing real estate.\u00a0 Yes it takes 1 to 6 months to do a short sale but where else can you go and spend 20 hours and make $20,000.\u00a0 I have granted a scholarship for $697.00 for TWO PEOPLE to attend my training, I still have some seats available.\u00a0 I don’t know what else I can do to help everyone.\u00a0 My Repeat Students are even allowed to come back with a partner or guest.<\/span><\/div>\n

So … God has left me here with you all to help as many people as I can.\u00a0 The only problem is my vision is to have a team.\u00a0 I need you to either join my team with letting us do your short sale or becoming a partner.<\/span><\/div>\n
