I joined the Apprentice program.  Shortly after that I found a property in pre-foreclosure.  Having attempted a few short sales without success in the past, I was about to pass on this deal.  But Kimberlee encouraged me to stick to it.  After expenses we cleared $29,632.13 - not bad from a deal I almost passed it on!

 

I have completed several deals now & I am extremely happy with my income. Kimberlee is very complete with her information & truly enjoys seeing here students achieve their goal.  I would recommend any of her courses to anyone interested in real estate or investing.
