<p class="inside-copy" style="margin: auto 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">As part of the President’s economic stimulus plan, there is a proposed change in the $8,000 tax credit that was passed by Congress last summer as a part of the Housing Recovery Act, giving first time home buyers a $8,000 credit that would require that the tax credit be repaid over 15 years. Basically a no-interest loan.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Unfortunately, it did not seem to have much impact on the housing market.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>However, the new stimulus bill which was approved by the Senate this week would allow a tax credit of 10% of the value of new or existing residences, up to a $15,000 limit. Congress still needs to vote on it in the next 10 days though. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>

As the New Year approaches it is time to delegate and for many women that is a hard task to handle. Women like to hold onto things, they like to be in control and they never have any time for themselves which is the first mistake in trying to take yourself to the next level.</span></p>

We always start out the gatherings with free pampering which is a treat for all those in attendance and then we do something special, each month is a surprise but for past gatherings we have had making dream boards (believe it and it will come), time management (everyone could your help in that), meditation to help gain the next level in serenity and much more.</span></p>
