Another week has passed and for many of us that means just that but then there are the few of you know and you know who you are– you are the ones that pushed something to next week, rescheduled your appointments to next week or just plain simply pushed it aside.

 

Getting into this trend will get you no where in life besides being behind not only professionally but personally as well. As the New Year approaches it is time to delegate and for many women that is a hard task to handle. Women like to hold onto things, they like to be in control and they never have any time for themselves which is the first mistake in trying to take yourself to the next level.

 

That is why I, Kimberlee Frank along with my partner, Kristen Reneski created the group It Is a Woman’s World and it is truly a women’s world if you would just let yourself realize that women are the backbones to all.

 

Our group meets the 2nd Wednesday every month and we use this time once a month to lean on, reach out and help us reach the next step in goals either professionally or personally. We always start out the gatherings with free pampering which is a treat for all those in attendance and then we do something special, each month is a surprise but for past gatherings we have had making dream boards (believe it and it will come), time management (everyone could your help in that), meditation to help gain the next level in serenity and much more.

 

Don’t let the rest of the year pass you by before you say, it’s time for me. Make time now and expand your horizons.
