<div><span style="font-size: small;">This is Kimberlee Frank and I want to let you know yes &#8230; I lost weight &#8230; and I also lost my left kidney.  I want to send a personal thank you out to everyone who prayed for me during this time.  It was a simple surgery but it really makes you look at life differently. </span></div>

How can I spend time with my family?</span></strong></div>

<div><span style="font-size: small;">I want to tell you that God works in mysterious ways.  The week before my surgery I had a student come into my office to meet with a Seller.  You see, if you are in my team, you are allowed to use my office to meet with Sellers and get your documents notarized for free.  It was the first deal for this Student and I was suppose to have a conference myself.  My conference got cancelled and I could see Wilmont sitting at the conference table in the other room.  The Student was late because they were coming from Tampa so I went in and started talking to the Seller.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: small;">The Student arrived and they started going over the paperwork when I said &#8220;Would you like me to explain the paperwork to Wilmont?&#8221;  They said &#8220;SURE&#8221;!  I went throught the paperwork when he shared what he did for a living which is driving people to dialysis for kidneys.  NOW if you know me, I believe PEOPLE MEET FOR A REASON.  He looked at me, the student and said the reason why he was sent here is biggger than us all!!!  I started to CRY because YES I believed God sent him to me.  I was then pulled out of the room due to a conference call I had at 12:00 and didn&#8217;t get to finish with him.  The Student completed the deal and the Seller left.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: small;">The next day, he called me and said &#8220;God sent me to tell you that you help so many people and that you are still needed; it is not time for you to go anywhere &#8230; your work is not done&#8221;!  I REALLY BELIEVED GOD SENT HIM. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: small;">You see, People do meet for a reason.  I went to the hospital and had my left kidney removed.  I AM DOING GREAT!!  Back on my feet and ready to help as many people as I can.  You see &#8230; I was always told you can&#8217;t save the world but I said I will try one person at a time.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: small;">I also say you need to keep doing real estate.  Yes it takes 1 to 6 months to do a short sale but where else can you go and spend 20 hours and make $20,000.  I have granted a scholarship for $697.00 for TWO PEOPLE to attend my training, I still have some seats available.  I don&#8217;t know what else I can do to help everyone.  My Repeat Students are even allowed to come back with a partner or guest.</span></div>

<p class="inside-copy" style="margin: auto 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">As part of the President’s economic stimulus plan, there is a proposed change in the $8,000 tax credit that was passed by Congress last summer as a part of the Housing Recovery Act, giving first time home buyers a $8,000 credit that would require that the tax credit be repaid over 15 years. Basically a no-interest loan.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Unfortunately, it did not seem to have much impact on the housing market.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>However, the new stimulus bill which was approved by the Senate this week would allow a tax credit of 10% of the value of new or existing residences, up to a $15,000 limit. Congress still needs to vote on it in the next 10 days though. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>

<p class="textbodyblack3" style="margin: auto 0in 0.1in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">With the U.S. Economy entering a second year of recession, it is expected this week that the Federal Reserve is going to keep interest rates at all time lows for awhile and possibly for the rest of the year.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The Feds have been buying up piles of companies&#8217; short-term debt which is referred to as commercial paper. They are making cash loans to banks so that banks will in loan money to consumers for homes, student loans, automobile and other items to stimulate the economy. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>They also started buying mortgage-backed securities guaranteed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae to help the housing market. Congress and our new President are working to enact a $825 billion economic stimulus package. </span></p>
<p class="textbodyblack3" style="margin: auto 0in 0.1in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">This is all good news for investors/ buyers who have been experiencing the effects of the credit crunch.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Also starting in February, there will be up to $200 billion available for auto, student and credit card loans as well small business loans.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>In order to accomplish this, the Fed will buy securities backed by those particular types of consumer debt. With more money available, the Fed is hoping this will result in lower rates on those loans as well.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span></span></p>
